Testosterone Caproate is mostly known to the steroid-using world for being the longest acting form of esterfied testosterone found in Omnadren. Other than being found in Omnadren, I'm unaware of it appearing on the legitimate pharmaceutical market. That's not to say that it hasn't appeared on the black market, as it's been available in raw hormone powder for quite some time, and several enterprising underground labs have added it to their product list.
